Replace with fruit tree e.g. Ornamental pear/apple/cherry tree.

Removal of 2 Laburnum (E+F) - fell as both are dead, part of 'E' has already broken off in high winds and caused minor damage to guttering.

Hazel - (G) - Topping/crown reduction - due to shading and proximity to cables.

Hedgerow including Lilac tree (H) - topping/crown reduction - aesthetic and in line with other hedgerow.

Qualified arborist already contacted and has advised as above.
