T1. Cherry The tree is situated within the car parking area and is in close proximity to the building. It's approximately 6 meters high with a lateral spread of 2/3 meters. The tree has declined significantly over the last 3 season's and has been shedding large limbs during this time as well as producing dead wood throughout the crown tree is now heavily weighted on one side. Following a visual tree inspection on 3/1/2020 I noticed the tree had declined further and some of the larger limbs are now showing signs of decay. We request permission to remove the tree completely to mitigate the risk of the tree or any branches falling which may cause damage to people cars or property. The risk may increase in the event off extreme weather during early spring when the tree starts to leaf up. The Landlord intends to replant with another Cherry.
